Your Bookings

How much notice do you need to book a cleaning?

We try to facilitate bookings up to 3 hours before when you need a cleaner. If you need a cleaner last minute, just give us a call or book online and we will do everything we can to facilitate you.

What if I want to cancel my booking?

We completely understand and willing to reschedule based on the availability of our cleaners. You can do this by logging online or calling us at (571) 778-4216

OUR SERVICES

Can I trust your cleaners?

Our cleaners are carefully vetted, go through full background checks, and are loved by other Jodec customers. They are professional, career cleaners who are passionate about cleaning.

Do you need to be home to get your house cleaned?

No. Experience the freedom that comes with hiring our team! You can make arrangements to let your cleaner in (while still keeping your home secure) by leaving a key behind or providing your cleaner with a lock code.

Should I tip the cleaners?

This is a personal choice and there is no expectation however our team is always appreciative of recognition for the good quality of their work. There are different ways to achieve this providing a tip at the end of each service or recognition at the end of the year. Alternatively, you can also leave a review on our website or Facebook page.

PRICES & BILLING

How is payment taken?

Payment is processed with a credit or debit card with our online payments system through Stripe. Every payment is processed via a secure 256-bit protocol in addition to our extended validation SSL security.

When is payment taken from my account?

Payment is processed the next working day after your cleaning has been completed. There is a hold placed on your card to verify funds the day before your cleaning – this is not a charge.

How much do your services cost?

Please click on the services page in the header to see how our pricing works. Our pricing is intuitive and is based on the number of rooms in your home. The total cost will be displayed on the booking page before finalizing your booking.

REFERRAL SCHEME & GIFT VOUCHERS.

Can I refer my friend?

Yes, and if you do both of you will get $20 off your next clean. Just email us at support@jodeccleaners.com and CC your friend. We will get in touch with them.

How do I use a gift card?

You can enter your gift card code during the booking process in the section for discount codes. The amount of the gift card will be applied to the total cost of the booking.
